You get a tracking email
It has your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first update.
It arrives
Most orders are delivered 5 to 7 days after they ship. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii can take longer. Your 60 nights start on the day it’s delivered.

Can’t find the email?

Check your spam folder, and look for a message from silentrin.com. If it isn’t there, write to us with your order number.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 14 days and we will help you resolve it.

If we cannot ship your order in time, we email you before then with a new shipping date. You can choose to cancel for a full refund.
