Fill a mug with cold water and bring a pot of water to a low boil. With kitchen tongs, lower the mouthguard into the boiling water for 60 seconds, with the UP arrow on the upper tray. Dip it in cold water for 3 seconds, place it in your mouth with the UP arrow facing up, center it in the mirror and bite down firmly for 30 seconds. Then hold it in cold water for 30 seconds. No. We do not ask you to return the mouthguard. For hygiene reasons a used device is never resold, so keep it or throw it away as you prefer. Your original order shipped free, so there is no shipping charge to refund.
