If it is not right for you, write to us and we refund the full purchase price, no questions asked. You do not need to send anything back. Used devices are covered: you do not need to keep it unopened.
How to request a refund.
- Contact us
Within 60 nights of delivery, through our contact page. Include your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
- We confirm
We confirm your request, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
- Nothing to send back
You do not need to return the mouthguard. For hygiene reasons a used device is never resold, so keep it or throw it away.
- You are refunded
We issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.
What is covered.
- The full purchase price of your order.
- Used devices. You do not need to keep it unopened.
- Discounted orders, including the Couple’s Kit, at the price you actually paid.
- Damaged, defective or wrong items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we send a replacement or refund you. You do not need to return anything.
Good to know.
- Your original order shipped free, so there is no shipping charge to refund.
- One refund per customer.
- This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable law.
Why 60 nights.
A mouthguard is not something you judge in one night. Your jaw may feel slightly forward when you wake up at first, and that fades. Light soreness is possible in the first few days.
Sixty nights is long enough to mold it, start at neutral, try a step or two, and decide with a few weeks of your own nights. It is also why the guarantee exists: every mouth is different, and it may not fit everyone.
